Thank you for booking a Full Evaluation with me!

Before we can get started, there are a few things you’ll need to know and do:

1. You should have received an email from my booking system confirming our appointment for the date and time you chose. Please check that the details in the email are correct.

2. If you booked using the direct link to the booking page, your credit card will be charged by our scheduling system. Otherwise, you’ll receive an invoice from PayPal shortly. If you don’t see it right away, check your junk/spam folder first and then let me know if it’s not there. Please be sure to submit your payment prior to our appointment. If you cancel the booking within three days (72 hours) of your meeting time, the Full Evaluation fee is non-refundable.

3. Please make sure you’re able to join me on Zoom.

You’ll need to install the appropriate Zoom software or App if you don’t already have it installed.

Don’t worry, this is quick and easy to do! It should only take a few minutes.

When you click the link below, Zoom will prompt you to install exactly what you need for your specific device. You may need to allow Zoom to access your microphone and speakers – go ahead and do this, it’s perfectly safe.

Once the software or App is installed on your device, you’ll be able to join me in our meeting room.

If Zoom prompts you to enter a Meeting ID, mine is 340-232-4865.

I recommend sitting close to your Internet router and using a computer instead of a phone or tablet for our call, since it will last 60-90 minutes.

4. At the bottom of this page are some photo instructions. Please take these photos and email them to me at the email address below before our appointment. They’ll be very helpful to me.
